1. Introduction
Reciprocating motion pair with high velocity is widely used in rock drilling, mining, road construction and other stamping operations. Through hydraulic oil drive, energy conversion can be well carried out. As reciprocating motion pair with high velocity applies to high load strength, the energy loss caused by friction and wear is increasing. Reducing friction between reciprocating motion pairs with high velocity is an effective way to improve the efficiency of hydraulic impactor, which also plays an irreplaceable role in the national economy and national defense construction.
Large studies have shown that the diversity of the non-smooth surface topography of the living organisms can reduce wear and reduce friction. Based on the principle of bionic tribology, a reasonable surface texture can produce dynamic pressure lubrication film to improve lubrication conditions and improve friction properties (Usman and Park, 2018; Ma et al., 2016). The processing and application of surface texture used in bearing and piston ring has been proved that the surface texture has a good antifriction effect in conformal contact under high speed and low load, which give us a theoretical guidance in using surface texture to reduce friction in mechanical seal, automobile water pump seal and so on (Hsu et al., 2014; Gachot et al., 2017). The numerical analysis and experiment of surface texture for piston ring-cylinder sleeve sliding contact system also find that surface texture in piston ring-cylinder sleeve sliding contact system can decrease friction and loss a lot between the motion pairs (Rosenkranz et al., 2019).
Imitating fish scale wear marks, applying fish scale pits to narrow channels shows that the friction coefficient of fish scale pits is less than that of spherical pits (Liu et al., 2008; Li and Wang, 2012). Rahman makes a preliminary study on its linear distribution and practical application, finding that the surface texture of imitating fish scales can improve its bearing capacity under different widths and different Reynolds numbers (Rahman et al., 2019). Different shapes of surface texture are prepared on quenched steel and bronze disk, and the results show that the surface texture with dimple could effectively reduce friction (Li et al., 2018; Zhang et al., 2019).
