Abstract

Other SPs derived from mammalian proteins (chymotrypsinogen, trypsinogen-2 and interleukin-2) also resulted in much lower yields of Gluc. Since in all cases the levels of mRNA coding for Gluc were relatively the same, the importance of a post-transcriptional event was strongly indicated.
