An 81-year-old woman developed aphasia and lefthemianopsia while receiving escitalopram for depression after initiating etoricoxib, tramadol/paracetamol and tramadol for dorsal pain [routes and dosages not stated]. For 2 years, the woman was administered escitalopram 10 [sic] for mild depression. She was also receiving etoricoxib 90 [sic], tramadol/paracetamol, and tramadol drops that were prescribed for dorsal pain by different doctors for 1 month. She presented with aphasia and lefthemianopsia necessitating admission [times to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated].
