Abstract

Abstract: The results obtained from an evaluation of the relationship between the perception and use of ICT in university teachers, in the framework of learning styles, for various training programs in higher education are presented. The evaluation was carried out through a structural equation modeling of the factors obtained from the application of a previously validated instrument to 73 teachers of the same institution. Through the modeling, two analysis scenarios were generated that, framed in the institutional context, allow us to consider with sufficient validity, the way in which the use of ICT from the teacher's learning styles influences the policies of curriculum management aimed at improving training for the implementation of ICT in educational environments.
