Abstract
The problem of human resources quality analysis and evaluation is of great importance for many organisations. Managers use many useful methods to achieve accurate results. A SWOT analysis can be such an effective instrument. A SWOT analysis is a structured planning method used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats involved in a project or in a business venture. It can also be successfully used in the area of human resources management, in particular in the evaluation of a strategy or for directing teams and individuals. This article deals with the principles and steps needed to create innovative applications for an effective use of this method in the field of human capital management.

1.Introduction
The problem of human resources quality analysis and evaluation is of great importance for many organisations. The production and marketing strategies of organisations and enterprises, as well as the quality of their products, can be affected by various human resources factors. The people in an organisation have their qualitative characteristics, jobs and personal strategies. The knowledge of how to direct these strategies, as well as the strategies of entire work teams, can positively affect the attainment of the objectives of the organization. A SWOT analysis, which is an important tool in decision making used by managers, can also be an efficient tool for exploring the quality of human resources and their further direction. Businesses and organisations mainly use SWOT analysis when solving problems regarding the management and strategic targeting of systems, sectors, processes, and marketing campaigns. SWOT is a particularly versatile tool, method, or technique used to analyse and map a phenomenon (a condition, situation, project, organisation, but also a work team). It can be an important part of the planning process. It is a tool of orientation which is particularly useful at the beginning of planning, designing, or decision making. In practice, it can be used as a tool for the identification of the strategic position of an enterprise, organisation, or a group of individuals. It allows one to perceive a given system (process, object, team, or individual) using 4 points of view: S (Strengths), W (Weakness), O (Opportunities), and T (Threats). SWOT analysis...
