Abstract

Android is an open source mobile operating system developed by Google popular mobile-device platform developed by Google. It allows the application to share their data and code with another application. However, these sharing can be tightly controlled by permission given in the manifest file of Android. Overall, user can't predict what the application can do with their data. Hence, this assignment describes the framework which is helpful in providing security to data that's present on android devices. It provides not only internal security but also externally by using AES encryption algorithm so that unauthorized party can't read the user's personal/private data.
