Abstract

Forty six species of the genus Encarsia (family Aphelinidae) have been recorded as parasitoids of whiteflies (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) in Mexico. These aphelinids are associated to species from 8 Aleyrodidae genera, including important pests of several crops as the citrus blackfly and the greenhouse whitefly.
