INTRODUCTION
The most important resources in the organization is Human Resource ,without these resources no organization can achieve its goals and processes which are required to be redesigned to motivate the employees in performing their tasks. Human Resource management is concerned with management of human energies and competencies for achieving organizational goals through acquisition, development, utilization and maintenance of workforce in a changing environment (G.R. Agrawal, 1999). In this connection Buchanan and Huczynski (2004) have defined the HRM as managerial perspective which establishes policies to support organizational strategy. Thus Human Resource Management is the management that brings a great change and success to the organization through various strategies and management techniques like management by objectives, total quality management, change management, stress management,
downsizing and outsourcing for improving the effectiveness and efficiency. The ultimate objective of the HR function is right sizing with minimum cost. The outcome of the above objective is outsourcing.
CONCEPT OF OUTSOURCING
Outsourcing is the process by which a company enters into contract with another company to provide particular services which are scalable, secure and efficient, while improving overall service and reducing costs. Moreover outsourcing is required when there is lack of efficiency in the organization or when an efficient partner is ready to perform. Sometimes these services will be carried out in-house.
