Headnote

Abstract: A crime scene is a location where a criminal or illegal act has taken place. In case of road traffic accident where are injured or death persons you have to choose the best tactical and quickest route. We also approach undercover or with blue light and siren. The crime scene investigation in case of road traffic accident will make after saving of the victims. You are going out to the crime scene with assigned equipment (protective material, police cordon tape, photographic equipment etc).

For the chemical analysis of petroleum products from the clothes of persons involved in road traffic accidents are used different types:

1. GC-FID (gas chromatography-flame ionization detector);

2. GC-MS (gas chromatography - mass spectrometry);

3. TLC (thin layer chromatography).

Rezumat: Scena crimei (locul faptei) este locul unde a avut loe un act criminal sau ilegal, în cazul accidentelor de circulate unde sunt persoane ränite sau decedate trebuie sä alegi cea mai bunä tacticä §i cea mai rapidä rutä. Ne vom deplasa cu ma§ina inscripiionatä, cu semnalizare sonorä §i luminoasä. Investigarea locului accidentului se va face dupä salvarea victimelor. Pentru investigarea locului accidentului vom folosi echipament adecvat (materiale de protecÿe, bandä de delimitare, echipament fotografíe etc).

Pentru analiza chimicä a produselor pétrolière de pe hainele persoanelor implicate în accidente rutiere se folosesc diverse metode:

1. GC-FID (cromatografie de gaze cu detector cu ionizare în flacärä);

2. GC-MS (cromatografie de gaze cu detector de masä);

3. CSS (cromatografie ín strat subiire).

According to the Explanatory Dictionary of the Romanian Language (DEX) accident is a fortuitous event, unpredictable, which interrupts the normal course of things, causing damage, injury, mutilation or death.

Road accident is an event occurring due to violation of traffic rules, which were involved one or more vehicles from the road, which resulted in ill health, bodily integrity, the death of one or more persons or was caused material injury [1],
