Abstract
As the IT industry is rapidly developing, the workers' capacity has become a more critical factor in guaranteeing the companies' success. Hence commitment to the growth of people (CGP) leadership, which supports the members' ability and career development may have a crucial role in foster the growth of members and organizations, satisfying people's needs, and enhancing organizational performance. This study focuses on the effect of CGP on the members' needs satisfaction with ERG (existence, relatedness and growth needs) theory. Moreover, it demonstrates a moderate effect of growth need strength on the relationship between CGP and needs satisfaction. Hence, this paper asserts the necessity of growth connected leadership and individual characteristics for needs satisfaction in the IT field.

1.Introduction
Informational technology is one of the most crucial industries in Korea. This field has been rapidly changing, and is also still growing [1]. This article sheds light on specific leadership and IT workers' traits that satisfy members' needs and enhance organizational performance. In organizational change or development situation, leadership has a critical role in members' and organizational success [2]. Today, leadership should be an agency for organizational change and involve members' development and growth [3]. Hence, specific leadership, which supports members' growth such as servant leadership's one dimension - commitment to the growth of people(GGP) - can promote success in the IT industry. CGP refers to the leadership that is interested in and helps members to grow, thus influencing on members and organizational development. Moreover, this leadership and member's growth can influence the satisfaction of members' diverse needs [3, 4, 5]. Also, because successful leadership should understand the members' characteristics such as personality, value, traits, and needs, to utilize CGP, we need to consider the members' characteristics related to growth. Growth need strength(GNS) means the individual's need degree of growth and it assumes that people have different GNS [6, 7]. Like the IT industry's development, IT organizations now need members to develop, but the member's willingness to develop is different.
