Abstract
Purpose of the Study to know the influence of supply chain management and ability on competitive and information technology as mediating variable at PT Ritelteam Sejahtera Indonesia. Methods Quantitative research seen the problems and study goal to achieve, this study is used Explanative with survey approach. The research object at PT Ritelteam Sejahtera Indonesia has 100 employees. The data analysis is used Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS software. PLS is a similarity of (SEM) structural model based on component or variance. Results The result hypothesis test presented: 1) information technology is influenced by competitive advantage means the higher information technology, the higher the competitive advantage. 2) Supply chain management influences competitive advantage. The higher Supply Chain Management, also higher competitive advantage, 3) Supply chain management is the influence in information technology. It means higher supply chain management and also higher information technology. 4) Information technology can influence mediating supply chain management on competitive advantage. Value to Performance Educators Getting better supply chain management can increase the competitive advantage supported by information technology.

1.Introduction
Today, firms are facing market change speedily and take operation in a competitive market. It is seen more raising companies and providing similar products and services. Therefore, the customer must be critical and wise on product and service selection to get maximal results or suitable with their expectation. This condition will make intense competition. Each firms starting to compete for the best service and can customer satisfying. This condition push firm to build integration relationship with suppliers and customers on the supply chain management system (Lin, Y. H., & Tseng, 2016). Business competition intense era, the firm needs increasing their competition strategy. The firm must be able to take advantage to become more competitive, productive and improve firm performance (Arawati, A., & Za'faran, 2011) with Increasing consumer needs speedily, and there are disruptions on supply product and service process, supply chain management needs on business market adaptation. It will become a competitive advantage for firms (Thatte, 2013).
