Amid the pandemic, three prominent clarinetists/pedagogues - Eva Wasserman-Margolis, Elizabeth Crawford and Diana Haskell - felt the urge to extend a hand in order to help support professional clarinetists ages 25-40. Together, they organized a competition called the International Clarinetist Corona Competition 2020 (ICCC).
An impressive list of adjudicators and facilitators was assembled (44 total!). Everyone, including the organizers and their wonderful coordinator Dylan James, graciously offered their time and expertise in support of those who were profoundly affected by the almost complete shutdown of the musical scene.
