Abstract

An unexpected result: it was as if psychoanalytic therapy had no therapeutic effect! Can he be of help even if the patient wants a religiously oriented therapy? Since the cognitive aspect of treatment in CBT depends on the beliefs of the patient, then, if religion is a major part of his or her beliefs, the therapist cannot avoid integrating religion in his therapy.
