JÓZEF WILKON
Illustrator * Poland
"How is an illustration made? It is simple if you know a few things. First, you have to know what each thing that you want to paint looks like: a man, a fish, a bird, a leaf, or an animal. Next, you have to know how it moves... For many it is the end of the road. Some go further and they can paint the time of the day, the moon, so that it shines, a bird so that it sings, they can even paint sorrow and joy, fear and courage. And only very few can paint a dream, the silence, even the smell and the taste of a fruit... "
