1. Introduction
The emergence of a new information economy caused many developments in many areas (Zareie and Navimipour, 2016b), so that knowledge has become a valuable asset and resource (Hussein and Nassuora, 2011a, 2011b). Since resources of knowledge are important, human energy and time have been invested in knowledge management to increase the value of knowledge (Qun and Xiaocheng, 2012; Ye et al., 2015). Thus, successes in any organization depend on the efficiency of knowledge acquisition (Jafari Navimipour et al., 2015; Navin et al., 2014), as well as promoting knowledge sharing in the organizations (Pezeshki Rad et al., 2011). To take sustainable advantage of competition and to make use of important competencies, knowledge sharing is very important (Chennamaneni, 2007; Kuusinen et al., 2017; Li et al., 2017; Nordin et al., 2012a, 2012b). On the other hand, the distinction of function systems is a key principle of modern societies, and we distinguished ten systems that can reasonably be considered as function systems of the society: the political system (Schirmer and Hadamek, 2007), economy, science, art, religion, the legal system, sport, health, education and the mass media system (Fontdevila et al., 2011; Roth and Schutz, 2015). Also, changes like globalization and overall use of information technology (Navimipour, 2015; Yuchtman, 2017) have an excessive influence on education (Liu et al., 2017; Zareie and Navimipour, 2016a). The role of sharing knowledge in the learning and education process is significant (Sohrabi et al., 2012), for the exchange of knowledge among those who are interested in...
