Abstract

[...]the survey shows that in the late nineties and early 2000s Italian cities experienced a new expansion phase, increased demand in the housing sector caused sudden changes with an aggravation of the latent environmental tensions. [...]space: neitherfully urban norfully of the biosphere?. ? [...]of particular interest in this discussion are the works of the Chinese Turenscape group, experimenting with the landscape and technical solutions to deal with the problems of water pollution that in China is close to 75%. (Fig. 3) The coast line with length of 780 Km, historically not much inhabited has been transformed into a building continuum that, according to the Regional Hydrogeological Planning, The flood events that occurred, especially in recent years, a part of the emergence for restoration of the conditions of safety and use, have produced an urgent need to intervene with design actions in correspondence with side of the cities.
