A man in his 60s [ age not clearly stated ], who was receiving lisinopril for hypertension, developed increasing blood pressure (BP) when meloxicam was added for pain relief; he subsequently developed renal failure during the concomitant use of these drugs [routes not stated; time to reaction onset not stated].
