ABSTRACT
Telangana State has formed on 2nd June, 2014. The first Chief Minister of Telangana State is Mr.K.Chandra Shekhar Rao. Telangana is the 29th State of the Country. Being a new state, the citizens of Telangana State have high aspirations. In order to reach the expectations of Telangana people the Telangana State Government has taken up New Industrial Policy. Government policies are designed by officials within the boundaries of Institutions of Government for its citizens with reference to plenty of governing issues through the political mechanism, it can be said as public policy. In order to make public policy or Government policy, the policy designers has to evaluated, examine and analyse the selected issues and then drive course of action. In this connection both the public servants and politicians are accountable to the public. Government bureaucratic and decision procedure should be transparent. The present paper deals with the Telangana State's new Industrial Policy, and establishment of single window system which makes the procedure of easy granting and flexile clearance system for new entries to encourage Industrialization. The paper emphasizes on slogan of "Making Telangana and the vision for Industrialization of Telangana i.e. "Exploration to Innovation. Development to Industry, Industry to success". The paper deals with industrial policy frame work has been driven by the trademark "In Telangana Innovate, Incubate, Incorporate". Present paper analyses that how Industrial Policy of new Telangana State Government attracts the Investors throughout the world with an objective, to enhance credibility of the Capital City Hyderabad. And also the paper studies the single window system of Telangana State Government.
