A Taiwanese and South Korean firm have proposed building large steel mills in Malaysia's southern Johor state Johor's Chief Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin, has said.
He said China Steel of Taiwan, with local partner Lion Corp Bhd, wants to build an intergrated steel plant valued at US$295.6M. The plant would have an annual production capacity of 5Mt and be the largest steelmaking facility...
