A 68-year-old man developed urticarial vasculitis while taking a melatonin supplement [dosage and therapeutic indication not stated].
The man started taking a melatonin supplement and developed a rash 2 days later. The rash was initially confined to his abdomen, but subsequently spread to his upper and lower extremities.
