Abstract
Povzetek V zadnjih letih so se razvile t. i. minimalno invazivne metode merjenja minutnega volumna srca in drugih spremenljivk obtocil. Minimalno invazivne metode naj bi olajsale vodenje predvsem bolnikov z nestabilnostjo obtocil in vecjim tveganjem za oboperativne zaplete. Uporaba pljucnega arterijskega katetra je zaradi moznih resnih zapletov in potrebe po invazivnem pristopu precej upadla in je na mestu pri bolnikih z visokim tveganjem za srcno-zilne zaplete ter s posebnimi indikacijami. V clanku opisujemo metode merjenja MVS, ki temeljijo na merjenju volumna (Fickova metoda, metode razredcenja indikatorja), analizi pulznega vala (angl. Pulse wave analysis), hitrosti pretoka krvi, ki stece skozi aorto (Dopplerjev ucinek) ter bioimpedanci.
