This review is a bit unusual for a software column, but I couldn't resist sharing with you what I think is one of the best data collection timesavers to come along in a very long time. Actually, MiniWriter is "software in a box," and if you have ever used a clipboard to manually collect data in the field, then this electronic clipboard will bring a smile to your face.

By entering characters into your programmed form, which is placed on the clipboard, you create a database as you simply fill out the form in question.
