Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this exploratory documentary study with a qualitative and quantitative approach is to map the state of the art of the literature on business models and digital entrepreneurship based on a bibliometric analysis; a total of 66 records published in the Scopus bibliographic databases were used. The bibliometric analysis was made through the Consolidated Meta-Analytical Approach Theory Model (TEMAC), the results indicate the relevance of these issues in the areas of business management, economics, social sciences and computer science. The main countries doing research are Italy and the United States, while the most published journals include Sustainability Switzerland and Creativity and Innovation Management. The analysis of co-citations and the bibliographic matching reveal the most cited authors and the predominant lines of research.
