Abstract

In the early nineteenth century the Viceroyalty of the River Plate lived two historical events that would forever change the history of this territory: The British invasions and independence processes that lead to the emancipation of their metropolis. This research has as main objective to recover the female figure in these events and highlight the relevance of the work of these females in these milestones. Aims to highlight their participation in Here, its influence and weight. By tracking the documentary and bibliographical, documentary seeks a novel contribution, revaluing the feminine figure and your participation in the Independents processes in the River Plate area. You can not ignore the woman figure was only thinking that a simple spectator. These were also protagonists in the first person and lived these events, forgotten by the passage of history.
