ESSEX veterinary surgeon Mr Lyndon Basha has convinced the Royal College's Disciplinary Committee that he has remedied the deficiencies in his practice that led to a finding of disgraceful conduct two years ago.
At a hearing on October 2, the committee expressed its satisfaction with Mr Basha's efforts in following a structured plan to address the shortcomings in his clinical, medical, surgical and diagnostic skills, and in his clinical record-keeping, highlighted during a case heard in September 2006 (VR , September 30, 2006, vol 159, p 434). As a result, the committee said it would take no further action against him.
