FACT in Liverpool has become the latest publicly funded arts organisation to receive an open letter from the campaigning group Precarious Workers Brigade. The PWB claims that FACT has been advertising for 70 unpaid interns to fill positions that had previously provided paid, entry-level jobs in the arts, although the institution claims that it has lost only the equivalent of 1.5 full-time posts.
