Abstract

1 Two senior nurses who falsified emergency department waiting time figures amid a climate of 'intimidation and bullying' have been spared further action by the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Naomi Holder and Harry Clough admitted charges relating to falsifying waiting time figures at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 2008 and 2009.
