A 6-year-old boy developed drug-induced liver injury during treatment with oseltamivir for influenza infection.
The boy was hospitalised for severe liver injury. On anamnesis, it was revealed that, he had fever two weeks prior, for which he was scheduled to receive an empiric 5-day course of oseltamivir 60mg two times a day for concerns of an influenza infection [route not stated].
