The central theme of this book relates to providing patient education in rehabilitation settings. This text may be appropriate for allied health professions where patient education is a requirement of practice; however, it is clearly intended for the fields of occupational therapy and physical therapy. This book is constructed in five sections and includes 19 chapters. The author begins each chapter with objectives, provides tables that summarize key points throughout the text, and ends each section with a summary and case study.
