Abstract

This article aims to analyze agricultural policies implemented by the Peronism in Argentina and the Franco regime in Spain during the fifties, period in which both political experiences were questioned and should introduce changes in their programs government, without implying a loss of the built power. Although they were dissimilar political expressions, both coincided with the interfering roll of the State and with the difficult search for a balance between industrialization and agricultural development. The documents emanating from oficial publications in both countries have allowed us to investigate the characterization of these policies, forms of diffusion and propaganda that accompanied its application.
