Ruth C. Duck, Associate Professor of Worship at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and the late Patricia Wilson-Kastner, Episcopal priest, writer, and educator, have taken on a major task in this study, and the result is a very helpful contribution to contemporary discussion about Trinitarian language. They focus their attention not primarily on the theological, historical, or philosophical questions surrounding this discussion (although they touch on all of these at points throughout the book), but on the significance and use of Trinitarian language in Christian worship.
