Abstract

In the particular case of domotics and immotics, the use of technologies associated with IoT allows the safety, control and automation of different types of buildings. In spite of the above, given the diversity of technologies and considering that the commercial systems used in this context make use of proprietary technologies that are costly to use in academic contexts, it is therefore necessary to design and build alternative IoT systems, supported by free hardware and software technologies that allow experimentation and the construction of value-added services. In this article we propose as a main contribution the reference architecture of an IoT system for building control, making use of free technologies. [...]a scale prototype obtained from the proposed architecture is presented Keywords: Architecture, automation, domotics, inmotics, IoT. 1.Introducción Internet de las Cosas (IoT) puede ser definido como la interconexión de objetos físicos o dispositivos en una red abierta y conformada por objetos inteligentes que tiene la capacidad de auto gestionarse, compartir información, datos y recursos, reaccionar y actuar frente a situaciones y cambios en el entorno (Naveen & Hedge, 2016) (Zambrano, Ortiz, Calderón, Zambrano, & Urquiza-Aguiar, 2019).
