When Josephine Gee returns in early October from her second maternity leave in as many years, she will have a lot on her plate.
Gee has three jury trials scheduled, not to mention all of the other calls and work that have accumulated. She enjoys a "hodgepodge" of litigation both on the side of scorned wives and understandably cautious insurance investigators.
"It keeps everything very real. It teaches you that you can't be so judgmental," Gee said. "And I love to be in court on either side."
