Abstract

There is a strong impact of work-family conflict (WFC) on our daily life. Scholarly works on this issue have increased, but there is a limitation of empirical research that adds the effect of boundary strength at home (BSH) at the same time. One purpose of this research is to validate the findings of previous research by exploring the relationship between WFC and its outcomes. The outcome variables were selected by the incorporation of conservation of resources (COR) theory. Another purpose of this research is to evaluate if the moderation of boundary strength at home reduces the effect of WFC on the outcome variables. On the basis of the results, an agenda of the future research was provided.
