Abstract
As we know, the world is changing in an accelerated way, and the way we relate to these changes is important for our evolution in the future. Artificial intelligence puts us in front of the need to adapt to change, in society and in personal life, to understand its implications in everyday life. In the business field, companies will manage to remain in this alignment of digital transformations by adopting and implementing these latest technologies. This article presents an analysis of the impact of Artificial Intelligence in the field of business, its advantages and disadvantages and a comparative analysis of several effective solutions. Also, this study contributes to our understanding of how organizations can optimize their use of Artificial Intelligence to promote strategic flexibility and the realization of benefits, aspects that contribute to business sustainability.

Introduction
The concept of artificial intelligence (Al) appeared in the 1900s in the media, when the image of the artificial human was suggested, raising the question of whether an artificial brain can be created. Later, in the 1950s, Alan Touring published „Computer Machinery and Intelligence", an article in which he presented The Turing Test, an experiment through which experts measured the intelligence of computers. After five years, John McCarthy officially used, in a conference at Dartmouth, the notion of „artificial intelligence".
Starting with the 1970s, research for the development of artificial intelligence accelerated, reaching the 1980s to talk about automatic learning techniques, which allowed computers to learn from mistakes and make independent decisions. The 1990s brought a performance of an AI program (Deep Blue, developed by IBM), when it defeated the greatest international human champion in a chess competition for the first time, in 1997.
From the 2000s until now, technology has amazed with its evolution, bringing robots and programs into public life, which remain in history as stages of transition from an industrial era to a digital one. (Sophia, 2016 - the first citizen robot, with human appearance, the ability to see, reproduce emotions and communicate; beta testing GPT-3,220 - a model with Deep Teaming that writes programming codes, poetry and other tasks of language and writing, the first to create content almost totally different from those created by humans).
