Abstract
The article approaches the exceptional scientific career of the Romanian scholar §tefan Odobleja as first page for submitting a manuscript still unknown to the public. In the scholar's text, entitled "Vision in 2969", is described a future criminal investigation, conducted by research facilities imagined by the author, out of which are about to become reality.

Rezumat
Articolul abordeazä excepponala carierä §tiinpficä a savantului román §tefan Odobleja, ca deschidere pentru prezentarea unui manuscris încà necunoscut publicului larg. In textul savantului, intitulât "Viziune ín anuí 2969", este descrisä o ancheta criminalistica din viitor, realizatà cu mijloace de cercetare imagínate de autor dintre care unele sunt pe cale de a deveni deja realitate.

Aspects of the scientist's life and work
Unfortunately, the beginning of §tefan Odobleja's recognition started after his death (September 4, 1978) and this was possible due to some devoted friends as well as several publications in different journals and magazines such as: "Free Romania", "The Flame", "The week", "The contemporary" or "The stand" ("Romania libera", "Flacära", "Säptämana", "Contemporanul", "Tribuna"), in which evocations or exegesis appeared.
Many Romanian and foreign scientists, began to study and deepen the work of Odobleja, publishing articles and scientific studies or nursing editions of his works. Among them were Constantin Noica (which praised his posthumous work "Introduction to Logic resonance", a book edited by Acad. Alexandru Surdu), Mihai Draganescu, Pantelimon GoIu, Mihai GoIu, Paul Postelnicu, Cezar Buda, Ion Strächinaru, as well as foreign researchers as Robert Mantz, J. Rudal, D.L.
Szekely and E. Shirbeeny. Çtefan Odobleja, the creator of the psycho-cybernetics and the father of the general cybernetics was born on October 13, 1902, in the Valea Hotului village (Thief Valley - Eng., today named after his name - Stefan Odobleja), Livezile village within Mehedinti County. He attended the elementary school in his native village, following the "Traían" High-school from Drobeta Turnu- Severin. After graduating the high school with "very good" calcifications, he worked as a substitute teacher at the elementary school from Putinei village, Halînga joint, then at the RomanianTurkish School in Ada-Kaleh Island.
