Abstract

Palabras-clave: Innovación digital; Toma de decisiones; Competitividad; Adaptación empresarial; PRISMA-2020 Abstract: Knowledge management systems (KMS) play a critical role in business management by enabling the acquisition, storage, and utilization of knowledge for effective decision-making and competitiveness. Research has explored the impact of digital innovation and communities of practice on QMS, and this study aims to investigate research trends in SGC. The methodology is outlined through bibliometric analysis, following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, using the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Prominent terms that are emerging consist of Smes, Higher Education, and Organizational Culture, showing attention on enterprise and educational adaptation.
