Abstract

Abstract: University institutions as trainers of knowledge require transforming educational management from within their processes, generating development in the organization. In order for development to be sustained, it requires that the community made up of directors, teachers, students and administrative staff begin a process of reflective change about the praxis of their functions and the performance achieved, taking as a reference the socioformative approach. Conceptual cartography was used as a strategy for organizing the information collected, following the eight axes of analysis of this methodology, based on primary and secondary sources. The results illustrate that educational management must be led by managers who channel the talent of their collaborators, promoting collaborative work environments, metacognition and the use of information technologies.
