Abstract
Ao estudar organizações sob a visão estruturalista, realiza-se uma análise dos fatores que compõe o contexto organizacional e verifica-se a integração e interdependência desses fatores. Esta pesquisa abordou a teoria estruturalista a partir da visão dos autores Amitai Etzioni, Peter Blau e Richard Scott, sob as perspectivas de relação entre estrutura, pessoas, tipos de organização e o conflito organizacional. Quanto ao método de pesquisa, possui abordagem qualitativa, com objetivo exploratório e descritivo. O procedimento técnico utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica e análise de conteúdo. A revisão de literatura identificou a existência de pontos em comum entre os pensadores incluídos no trabalho e as contribuições do estruturalismo para as organizações e estas diferenças situam-se principalmente no que se refere aos tipos de organização. Esses debates envolvem, ao mesmo tempo, questões teóricas e sociais. A partir desta pesquisa, foi possível observar que o ponto comum entre os pensadores Eztioni, Blau e Scott foi o pensamento nas contribuições do estruturalismo para as organizações e suas diferenças./ /When studying organizations under the structuralist view, an analysis of the factors that make up the organizational context is carried out and the integration and interdependence of these factors is verified. This research approached the structuralist theory from the perspective of authors Amitai Etzioni, Peter Blau and Richard Scott, under the perspective of the relationship between structure, people, types of organization and organizational conflict. As for the research method, it has a qualitative approach, with an exploratory and descriptive objective. The technical procedure used was bibliographic research and content analysis. The literature review identified the existence of commonalities between the thinkers included in the work and the contributions of structuralism to the organizations and these differences are mainly related to the types of organization. These debates involve theoretical and social issues at the same time. From this research, it was possible to observe that the common point between the thinkers Eztioni, Blau and Scott was the thought in the contributions of structuralism to the organizations and their differences.
