Abstract
Taking into account the deviation from the Condon approximation the influence of torsial mode on the nonthermal electron transfer dynamics is studied. Within the framework of the second-order time-dependent perturbation on the electronic coupling an analytical expression for probability of the nonthermal electron transfer from excited donor-acceptor systems is derived.
