The University of South Dakota (USD), founded in 1862, is the state's oldest university and is designated as the public liberal arts university in South Dakota. The university works in partnership with the University of South Dakota Foundation, whose sole mission is the support of the university's financial needs through the securing, investing and managing of private gifts. As the foundation continues its trajectory of success, and nears the completion of the second comprehensive campaign in its history, it seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial aspects of the University of South Dakota Foundation.
