The University of Utah School of Dentistry invites applications for the position of Director of the General Practice Residency (GPR). As part of the new University of Utah School of Dentistry, the Director will build upon its well-established GPR program, a program with a rich tradition of attracting highly-qualified applicants and support from the community. As the first school of dentistry established at a major academic health center in more than two decades, the new School of Dentistry provides a visionary director with opportunities for innovation and creativity as a participant in the University's agenda of transforming healthcare.

A successful director will:

* Provide leadership in setting the agenda and vision for the clinical and educational programs.

* Advance the program's academic mission of resident teaching, research, and service.

* Administer the General Practice Residency Program
