Abstract -Telecom Tower is an asset of Telecom Service Provider. Continuous monitoring of these towers by human beings is big challenge and also cumbersome task as most of these towers were installed in remote locations. Monitoring Solution is designed to gather performance parameter data from the passive infrastructure usually found in wireless and wire line network sites. The Solution is designed to enable operator or infrastructure companies to maintain network uptime, optimize energy costs, reduce overall servicing costs and plug revenue loss. Tower is monitored remotely using internet technologies. Online solution will virtually connect with tower and provides live parameters from the Tower. This project will provide complete online solution to monitor Tower as an asset.

I. INTRODUCTION
a) Back ground of BTS:
Cellular towers form the backbone of our modern communications infrastructure. Each tower is supported by a power plant with batteries, air-conditioning unit, a diesel generator and tank for backup power, and a power conditioning unit. Sites that are not supported by utility power sometimes rely on hybrid power sources like wind and solar power plants A base transceiver station (BTS) is a piece of equipment that facilitates wireless communication between user equipmen (UE) and a network. UEs are devices like mobile phone (handsets), WL phones, computer with wireless interne connectivity, WiFi and WiMA devices and others. The network can be that of any of the wireless communication technologies like GS, CDM, Wireless local loo, WA, WiFi, WiMA, etc.
BTS is also referred to as the radio base station (RBS), node (in 3 Networks) or, simply, the base station (BS). For discussion of the LT standard the abbreviation eNB for evolved node B is widely used.
Though the term BTS can be applicable to any of the wireless communication standards, it is generally associated with mobile communication technologies like GS and CDM. In this regard, a BTS forms part of the base station subsystem (BSS) developments for system management.
