The Western Balkans Security Observer represents one of the most challenging periodicals that consider security in comparative perspectives from inner and outer EU space. Inevitable, the European security cannot be approached without taking into consideration the dynamics of the Balkan region. As it can be noticed, the policy of the journal gathers interdisciplinary approaches of security issues focused mainly on nonmilitary aspects within a region that directly or indirectly affects the European security.
