WestlawNext
Iadmit it-I'm a legal research nerd. When I was in law school, I liked nothing more than to sit alone among the stacks reading West digests. Westlaw was introduced during my third year, and I was hooked at once. After I was hired by a law firm, I chose my office not for its spaciousness or city view, but for its proximity to the library. When each lawyer was provided a computer and access to Westlaw at our desks, I reached legal research nirvana. From that day to this, I have had no complaints about research on Westlaw.
Inevitably, manufacturers will advertise updated products as "new and improved" even if the only change is the color of the package. So I was skeptical when Thomson Reuters released WestlawNext. But to my surprise, WestlawNext is most definitely a new and improved version of Westlaw.
