Özet
Bu çalismada, Balkan ülkelerinden gelen ve Türkçeyi Türkiye'de yabanci dil olarak ögrenen ögrencilerin yazili anlatim sirasinda yaptiklari genel yazim ve dilbilgisi hatalarinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmistir. Arastirmanin evrenini, Ankara Üniversitesi TÖMER Istanbul-Taksim Subesinde Türkçe ögrenen Balkan ülkelerinden gelen ögrenciler olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada, öncelikle TÖMER'de Türkçe ögrenen Balkanli ögrenciler taranmistir. Bu islemin ardindan ögrencilere çesitli yazili anlatim konulari verilmis olup bu konulardaki görüslerini yazili olarak ifade etmeleri istenmistir. Ögrencilerin Türkçe seviyelerinin birbirinden farkli olmasi sebebiyle alt seviyelerde okuyan dil ögrencilerinden daha basit konularda yazi yazmalari istenmistir.
Okutmanlarin ve ögrencilerin bilgisi ve izni dâhilinde olusturulan yazili anlatimlar, yazili anlatimi degerlendirme ölçegi ve tarama yöntemi kullanilarak degerlendirilmistir. Degerlendirme asamasinda öncelikle ögrencilerin yaptiklari hatalar siniflandirilmis ve hata yapilma sikliklari ülkelere göre belirlenmistir. Buradan yola çikilarak ögrencilerin ülkelere göre siklikla hangi hatalari yaptigi ortaya konulmus olup tespit edilen hatalardan yola çikilarak önerilerde bulunulmustur.

The Determination about the Mistakes in the Writing Explanation of the Balkan Students Learning Turkish as A Foreign Language
Abstract
At this study, it has been aimed to determine the general writing and grammatical mistakes of the students coming from the Balkan States while learning Turkish as a foreign language. The students coming from the Balkan States and learning Turkish in the branch of Ankara University such as TÖMER Istanbul-Taksim have been the central of this research. Firstly, the Balkan students learning Turkish have been scanned. After that various written explanation subjects have been given to the students and they have been wanted to explain their opinions as written. Since the Turkish levels of the students are different from each other, starter level students have been wanted to write about easier subjects.
The written explanations which have been under the cognizance and permission of the students and lecturers were evaluated by using "the evaluation form of written explanation" and scanning method. During the evaluation process, firstly the mistakes of the students were classified and frequency of their mistakes was found out according to the countries. In this way, the common and frequent mistakes of the students were analyzed. As a result there will be suggestions according to these mistakes.
