Yale University seeks a collaborative, strategic, and results-oriented leader to serve as University Registrar. Chartered in 1701, Yale is the third oldest institution of higher education in the United States and one of the nation’s premier private research universities. Yale offers undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral-level programs to more than 5,600 undergraduate and nearly 7,000 graduate students enrolled in 14 schools: Yale College, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and the School of Engineering (all three comprising the Faculty of Arts and Sciences), and Schools of Architecture, Art, Divinity, Drama, Forestry & Environmental Studies, Law, Management, Medicine, Music, Nursing, and Public Health. There are more than 145 academic departments and programs located on Yale’s main campus in New Haven. In addition, Yale has developed Yale West Campus, home to the School of Nursing and many of the university’s interdisciplinary scientific research institutes.
