A $1.8 million food supplement complex is being cultivated in the Dripping Springs area.
The Center for Advanced Health is planning a 174,000-square-foot, mixed-use development on 107 acres on FM 1826, according to plans filed with the City of Dripping Springs. The land is across from the Barsana Dahm temple and on the same road as the famed Salt Lick barbecue restaurant.
Plans for the land include manufacturing and cleanroom space for food supplements. Additionally, space for retail use, offices, a conference center, an organic farm and residences is proposed.
The project, called Villa Verde, is being called a "rainwater collection and conservation community."
