Most sales people would be thrilled to sell $1 million worth of anything, but consider Mike Winn and Tim Richey: In 2003, the real estate investment broker team from Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado racked up $118 million in sales on 10 transactions, earning them top honors in the investment category of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors 2003 Heavy Hitters Awards.
Both Winn and Richey say their close working partnership is the foundation of their success and ability to handle such a large volume of business.
