Cinemark Holdings, Inc., a motion picture exhibitor, plans to open a 32,104 square foot, 10-screen stadium seated movie theater at the Sandusky Mall Complex in Sandusky, Ohio. A formal groundbreaking ceremony for the $3.8 million project took place earlier this year, and the new theater is scheduled to open in time for the holiday season. An existing theater building on the property will be redeveloped for new retail and restaurant uses.
The architect providing design services for the project is Seattle-based the design COLLECTIVE.
